1. Prepaid, pre-order basis
All credits and access are sold on a prepaid, pre-order basis. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring or automatic billing. Access to certain features is provided on a select basis and is enabled after your payment is confirmed.
2. Cancellations
As orders are prepaid and fulfilled shortly after payment, an order generally cannot be cancelled once the credits or access have been delivered. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after payment and before fulfilment, and we will do our best to help.
3. Refunds
- Being digital and prepaid, delivered credits and enabled access are generally non-refundable.
- If you were charged but your credits or access were not delivered, or you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the affected amount in full.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's timelines.
4. How to request a refund
Email agent@brandmorphai.com (or call +91-9187710692) from the email address used at checkout, and include your order reference number and a brief description of the issue. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Expiry of credits
Credits that remain unused after the 12-month validity period will expire and are not refundable or extendable, except where required by law.
